to determine the location of the
rescue squad so that the distance
from the rescue squad to each
house is the same.

5. What if the requirements were changed from
equidistant to minimum total distance? Example,
if the rescue squad is at (8,7) the total distance is
12 blocks(6+6=12). If the rescue squad was at
(5,6) the total distance is still 12 blocks(10+2=12).
