Enjoy our school

History and facts about greece

Athens developed the world's first democracy in around 508 BC, where male citizens could vote, though it excluded women, foreigners, and slaves. The Parthenon and other famous structures were built during this Golden Age of Athens under the leadership of Pericles. Greek philosophy also flourished with thinkers like Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. Later, Alexander the Great conquered much of the known world from Greece to India, spreading Greek culture.

Poland
