This document summarizes a research project conducted by the Europe meets India (EUMIND) group on making meals greener. The group's main research question was how to make meals greener. They found that having green leafy vegetables, eating local food instead of packaged food, growing your own vegetables, and avoiding junk food can make meals greener by reducing their carbon footprint and emissions. The group concluded that including more green vegetables in meals compared to a normal diet, eating local, and preventing consumption of packaged or junk foods without greens can help make meals greener.
