2. ECOSOSTENIBILITY IN LIFE
Today there is a lot of talk about ecosostenibility in relation to the environment
in which we live, which we must improve from an economic, social and natural
point of view. Environmental ecosostenibility today has a global meaning and has
the purpose of leaving future generations a better quality of life than the current
one. Ecosostenibility is a process that purposes to:
Reduce the extraction of metals from the soil;
Reduce the production of chemicals;
Reduce the environmental degradation;
Reduce the obstacles that prevent people from
meeting basic human needs.
3. ECOSOSTENIBILITY IN SPORT
Sports activities and events have a significant impact on the environment.
It’s important to promote ecologically rational management that is suitable for
managing green spaces, gas emissions, energy efficiency, eliminating waste and
treating water and soils. Useful to follow these points are all the spots practiced
in an open space that allow not to use engines or polluting structures and
guarantee a very low energy content for the natural environment. An example of
ecostostenibility sport can be: running, jogging, cycling, surfing...
4. ECOSOSTENIBILITY IN WORK AND FOOD
Today we are talking about green jobs to define skills aimed at producing eco-
sustainable services and reduce the environmental impact of production processes.
The manager who deals with the sustainability report of the ethical code of product
certification is very important. Another major change is noted in agriculture linked to
organic and biodiversity, that is, to the rediscovery of ancient agricultural products.
For sustainable food we mean the consumption of healthy food with maximum respect
in terms of use of soil and water resources with low carbon emissions attentive to the
conservation of biodiversity and of the ecostysts rich in local and traditional food for
all.
5. The “walking” it’s one of the
easiest and most productive
activity existing.
The benefits of walking
depend from frequency and
duration, indeed to have some
benefits we must walk for two
hours a day, like 50 km a
week.
The “walking” is considered a
“low intensity training” more
than a real sport.

6. RUNNING
The “running” is a physical activity and is the activity on which the majority of
sports are based.
There are two important way of running:
•Speed races, when the target is run a race in the shortest time possible.
•Endurance races, when the target is run for the longest time possible.
The “running” has a lot of benefits for us if we practice it steadily:
strengthens the muscles of the heart, makes you lose weight and lowers blood
sugar levels. Moreover the “running” is a very versatile activity, because you
can do it simply at home or at the park near your house.
7. Parkour is a sport and metropolitan life philosophy born in France in the
early 90s. It consists in following a path, overcoming any kind of
obstacle with the greatest efficiency, speed and simplicity of movement
possible, adapting one's body to the surrounding environment, natural or
urban, through running, jumping, balance, climbing, etc. It’s a rather
complicated sport, suitable for people with an existing athletic
background.

8. Free-climbing
Free climbing is a sport that involves a
great physical effort and a lot of
agility. Being a dexterity sport, in
fact, it is necessary to refine the basic
motor coordination and balance. It
can be practiced in the gym on
artificial walls (indoors) or on natural
outdoor surfaces (outdoors).
9. Free climbing is a form of rock climbing in
which the climber can use climbing
equipment such as ropes and other means,
but they have only a precautionary
function. The climber makes progress using
the physical ability to move on the rock
through handles and holds. At the end of
each pitch, climbers can anchor themselves
at the rest stations and rest.
10. Green gym
The green gym, a type of physical activity that
combines fitness with the natural environment, is
also spreading in other countries from Great
Britain. Hoeing, raking, sowing, pruning trees and
creating fences become the new activities for
keeping fit in the open air. The green gym is a
healthy gymnastics which, following the gestures of
the farmers, allows you to train all the muscle
groups such as the back, legs and arms. This way
you burn a lot of calories, lose weight and tone up.
11. The benefits that each of us can derive from such physical activity, to be carried
out even by simply cultivating a small vegetable garden. In addition to
simultaneously training the legs and arms, it promotes the activity of the
cardiovascular system, improves breathing and helps to tone the muscle tissues.
Movement ensures that the body burns more calories, as well as having a positive
effect on mood, with a calming and anti-depressant effect.
