This document announces a workshop on medicinal and aromatic plants held on January 26, 2015. The workshop consisted of multimedia presentations by students on herbs native to Greece and other countries, including Greek mountain tea, sage, linden, and oregano. It also included preparing and tasting herbal infusions, identification games using senses of smell, touch and taste, and hands-on activities in the school herbal garden. The goal was to introduce participants to the diversity of herbs and spices used in ancient Greece and allow students and teachers to experience different herbs.
