2. If you sell information, keep it to the value that your product information
provides.
If you are selling products, what is the value to the consumer. What will it do
For them.
Keep all mails focused with your audiences’ wants and needs in mind.
After all they didn’t land on your list by accident.
They wanted more information about one specific product.

3. If you don’t know who your audience is
then who are you trying to connect with?
How do you do that?
If an email is specific to a company
Jdoe@xyzcompany.com
You can do some research on that xyzcompany and see what it is about.
It is harder via yahoo mail and msn, but with a gmail, you can see if they are
Active on their Google + Account and what they are into.
You can find many different ways to find out about a person.
It is all about connecting through e-mail and how you make
that connection can make all the difference.

4. remind people of your un-subscirbe link, not at first but if you are getting a lower open
rate then it might be time to do some cleaning. Remind people to enable pictures if
you add them to your mails, sometimes we don’t realize we can do that.
It is totally a double waste of time for you and your list if you
have people that don’t want the information you are sharing.
and if a person is really interested in your offerings and
Mails, they will stay, if not it’s OK really.

5. It is completely fine to survey your list to see if your offer is helping them.
You can make a survey very simply and have the results using many different
services from Survey Monkey to Google applications.
We prefer using the Google form application because it allows us to sync
directly with our computer to keep stats. It also offers great
options like analytics as well.

The rest is simple to do.

8. When you open “create” go to “forms” It is simple to follow the directions from there.
The information you gather with this will be seen on a spread sheet. To Name your form
Look at the very top of the page, it will say Untitled Document.
Make sure you give it a name congruent with the information you are asking about.
You even have the ability to add video to this as well via YouTube.
You can share the information openly or you can keep it private.
