• Minimal room for growth
• Lease expires 2/28/25
• 6th & 7th floor rents are significantly above market
($96.18 in Base Rent beginning 3/1/20)
• Entire 8th floor and portion of 9th floor were
recently vacated and are now available
JLL was engaged to evaluate Kobre & Kim’s options
based on the goals of (i) procuring additional space to
accommodate continued growth, (ii) reduce ongoing
costs and minimizing capital expenditures and (iii)
advise on strategic direction relative to positioning the
Firm’s short-term and long-term interests within the
Midtown NYC marketplace.
