1) The Kerala State Electricity Board recognized the meritorious service of personnel who were involved in commissioning the 33KV Substation Vydyuthi Bhavanam in Palakkad. 2) The substation and its associated transmission lines were commissioned on April 9, 2015 and inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for Power on May 15, 2015. 3) The Director (T&SO) recommended good service entries and cash awards of Rs. 10,000 each for 6 officers and staff for their efforts and dedication in completing the project.

ORDER
The Chief Engineer (Trans-North) as per the letter read above reported that the commissioning of 33KV
Substation Vydyuthi Bhavanam Palakkad and its associated 5 KM 33KV DC line from the existing 110KV
Substation Vennakkara including 1.5 KM UG cable was done on 9.4.2015 and the substation was inaugurated
by Hon'ble minister for power on 15.5.2015. In the note read as 2nd
paper above, the Director (T&SO) has
recommended good service entry and cash award to the following officers and staff for the efforts and
dedication put forth by them for the completion of the project.
