1) Jesus sent his disciples to preach about God's love and tell people that Jesus had come. He told them that if they believed, they could lay hands on the sick and pray for healing through God's power. 2) The Bible says that prayer allows us to call on God's miracle-working power. If believers lay hands on the sick and claim God's promises of healing, they can trust that Jesus will perform miracles. 3) God does not always heal immediately; sometimes He chooses to heal the spirit or heart first before the body. Overall, believers can have faith that God will do what is best for them, even if they do not understand how or when healing will come.
