Musíme zmeniť benefity - a spraviť ich cielene rozvojovými
Ponúkané benefity sa v súčasnosti pohybujú od ovocia zadarmo cez kalčeto a flexibilný pracovný čas, či miesto práce až po (v pár ojedinelých prípadoch) neobmedzené dovolenky. Je to milé, no v stále urputnejšom boji o prilákanie a udržanie najlepších talentov v organizáciách, musíme začať myslieť komplexnejšie.
Publish to profits: Supercharge your business with a bookJacqui Pretty
Writing a book is often marketed as the holy grail in business - the one thing that will solve all your business problems and create the success you crave. Unfortunately, it isn't as simple as that. You need to write the right book, publish it in the right way, and then leverage it to grow your business. This presentation shows you how.
A memorable logo is important. However, a brand is so much more than a logo. It's more than just visual identification or the way your business card is printed.
A brand is the emotion behind what someone feels, sees, and says when they interact with your organization on any level. Therefore a brand bears much more responsibility than a logo.
In this presentation we'll explain what this means so you will never looking at branding the same way again. You'll learn from leaders in the field and walk away understanding why your brand affects everything you do and say from now on.
Are you considering starting a young friends group or struggling to take your group into high gear? In this presentation, we discuss the importance of understanding your stakeholders, how to communicate with next-generation donors, and whether or not a young friends group is the right fit for your organization.

Power teams are groups of professionals in complementary but non-competing fields who work together to refer business to each other. Contact spheres are similar groups but without established relationships. To build a powerful referral team, members should identify missing professions and recruit them. Strong relationships are critical and can be developed by asking each member ten key questions to truly understand their business needs. Successful power teams result in beneficial relationships and good referrals that translate to increased business for all members.

It is not just a logo or name, but the overall experience people have with the company. Anything representing the company can impact its brand, including marketing materials, website, employee interactions, and more. 9. Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS)
• How to impress:
• People don’t read the web page.
They look for words that relate to
what they are searching for.
10. A simple pitch
• What do you do?
• What problem do you solve?
• How are you different?
• Why should I care, and spend
time on it?
11. Steve Jobs and Aristotle
• Tell a story that awakes your audience.
• Bring up a problem or ask a question that

• Present your solution to the problem.
• Describe the advantages by following your

“sign up”, “buy now”, etc.
12. • Look at the next page for 8 sec.
• What you think it was?
• Your first impression
• What you would click on next?

There will also be entries on how to use easy-Speak for effective club management;
inspiration on starting new clubs and how - and why - to achieve DCP. In short
Please remember that to reach distinguished level for your club, you must send 4
officers or more. You are most welcome to invite general club members who are
curious to learn more about what it takes to become a club officer.
