6. "There is no need for you to seek God. You
need to seek love before seeking God. If you
have love in you, God will automatically come
to you. He will be drawn to you and bind
Himself to you. That is why, if you want to
seek God and love Him, you must think of
human beings in this world as your brothers
and sisters, and love them and relate to them
as you would your parents, or even God. If
you do so, God will come to you." - Sun

9. Realise that everything you do is dedicated to God
and for the benefit of the whole. When you live for
the whole you forget about yourself in serving your
fellow human beings. When you serve others, you are
serving God. Everything is so intimately connected
that you cannot differentiate one from the other. God
is in you and you are in God. God is in everything and
everyone. Because of this God is in your neighbor, in
your friend as well as in your enemy. Wherever God
is, there is love, because God is love. Fill your heart
and your mind with love. Love brings out the very
best from everyone. Where love is, God’s spirit is and
where God’s spirit is, the source of your spiritual life
is. – Sun Myung Moon
10. Just as the members of the human body are
coordinated in horizontal relationships with each
other and move as one in response to the vertical
commands of the brain, in this society people will
form cooperative horizontal relationships with
each other and live together in tune with the
vertical directions emanating from God. No one
will harm his neighbor, since if one person were
to suffer pain, everyone in this society would
experience the Heart of God who shares in that
person's grief. – Divine Principle
14. All entities have dual purposes. As was explained earlier,
every entity has dual centers of movement, one of internal
nature and another of external form. These centers pursue
corresponding purposes - for the sake of the whole and
for the sake of the individual - whose relationship is the
same as that between internal nature and external form.
These dual purposes relate to each other as cause and
result, internal and external, subject partner and object
partner. In God's ideal, there cannot be any individual
purpose which does not support the whole purpose, nor
can there be any whole purpose that does not guarantee
the interests of the individual. The infinite variety of
beings in the universe form one vast organic body
interwoven by these dual purposes. – Divine Principle
15. Some of the beggars who would travel around the country
would decide to spend the winter in that millhouse. I was
fascinated by the stories they had to tell about the world
outside, and I found myself spending time with them every
chance I got. My mother would bring my meals to the
millhouse, and she would always bring enough for my
beggar friends to eat as well. We would eat from the same
dishes and share the same blankets at night. This is how I
spent the winter. When spring came, they would leave for
faraway places, and I could not wait for winter to come
again so they would return to our home. Just because their
bodies were poorly clothed did not mean that their hearts
were ragged as well. They had a deep and warm love that
showed. I gave them food, and they shared their love with
me. The deep friendship and warmth they showed me back
then continue to be a source of strength for me today.
16. We need to have a heart that knows how to
love nature and love people. Anyone who
cannot love nature or love people is not
capable of loving God. Everything in creation
embodies God at the level of symbol, and
human beings are substantial beings created
in the image of God. – Sun Myung Moon
