GLPI 9.2 includes many new features and improvements such as significantly increased performance for entity selection, ticket creation, and user display. It features operational level agreements, knowledge base revisions and comments, ticket templates and tasks added, fuzzy search menus, and backporting of features from Teclib's branch. FusionInventory improvements include task timeslots, software deployment checks and actions, and user interactions. The roadmap for GLPI 9.3 includes support for datacenters, racks, and a reworked ticket UI while the agent roadmap includes Windows agentless inventory and a move to JSON communication.
