William Christie Former Manager(SolarCity) wchrist1@binghamton.edu 631-291-1573 Letter of Recommendation for Garren Lewis I had the pleasure of working with Garren as his direct manager for roughly a year. Throughout my time managing Garren, I found that he was a determined and hard worker while also being remarkably manageable. I would gladly recommend Garren for any position he would like to pursue and am confident that he will be a successful, standout employee in any position that he finds himself in. During my time as Garren's manager, he consistently met goals I had set for him and did so without a good deal of help or encouragement from myself; he is very skilled at managing his time towards goals and is determined and self-motivated. Garren was also a wonderful resource for his peers and was extremely enjoyable to work alongside. Besides being an extremely hard worker, Garren is also very regimented and I could always count on him to be in the office on time and ready to work, even when he was needed on Saturday shifts. During the early stages of Garren’s time with SolarCity, he was balancing completing his master’s degree with full-time work, but he never let this impact his schedule or performance at work. He was a wonderful addition to the office and brought the design team as well as the entire office closer together due to his friendly demeanor. I feel Garren will be a great addition to any office culture and will continue to succeed wherever he chooses to continue his career. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Garren while I was able to, and it is my pleasure to recommend him extremely highly for his next step.
