Please accept this letter as a recommendation for Emilia Ruizcalderon for any position she may be
applying for as her work ethic, leadership skills, operational acumen and level of loyalty would be an
asset to any position she takes on.
I worked with Emilia for approximately 1-year at Doral Isles, a large scale HOA Community with over
1,700 homes. During my time as Property Manager, Emilia was brought on as the Clubhouse Manager
to oversee the operations of the clubhouse including managing the classes, social events, staff members
and the facilities. Emilia was exceptional at all of the above responsibilities, so much so that her role
was expanded to encompass the management of the Patio Café Restaurant.
The most important aspect within property management, in my opinion, is to ensure that you create
value for your residents. Emilia added an unparalleled amount of value to the community and the
operations of the HOA facilities. All of the events she put together and hosted contributed to bringing
together and fostering stronger relationships amongst the unit owners. Her leadership and
demonstrated care for her employees resulted in their sense of pride and ownership in serving the
residents and working as part of a team. Lastly, Emilia has a natural ability to plan and execute which
resulted in her many accomplishments at the property and will serve her well in all of her future
endeavors.
While it is very rare to find someone with all of the skills and abilities Emilia has developed, it is even
more uncommon to find the level of passion, loyalty and unyielding character that Emilia
demonstrates. I have the utmost confidence that Emilia will continue to excel in any role she takes on
and it is with great honor that I provide this letter of recommendation on her behalf.
