Equal Opportunities in the Military Training 
In managing the organization, respect, teamwork and working in harmony are the prime 
elements, which determines the effectiveness, efficiency, as well as, performance of the 
organization in executing its duties, particularly in the American Armed Forces. Through, 
respect, teamwork, and working with harmony, directives can properly be conveyed by the 
senior officers to commanders and thus offer success in implementing duties for each 
commander to understand when, who, what, as well as, how the duty should be conducted. 
Respecting oneself and others is one of the prime values of any army. Therefore, any of 
you should not be surprised of my commitment to diversity and equity that offer the moral 
supporting of our leadership issue and operational capability. Therefore, every commander at 
each level should set outstanding standards and ensure that everybody lives by the prime vitality 
to respect fully everyone within the army, as well as, those they daily interact with. In fact, the 
army views diversity and equity as vital components in the maintenance and generation of 
operational effectiveness and not for motives of political correctness. Everyone should treat 
individuals, as they ought to be treated since within the soldier's code; everyone pledges to 
handle others with respect and dignity while waiting others to reciprocate. 
Respect is what enables us to acknowledge the best in other individuals. Therefore, 
everyone should respect while trusting that everyone has executed their roles and satisfied their 
duty. Respecting one another also increases the ability of the team to achieve readiness. As 
opined by Knouse and Dansby (2009), a team attains readiness when every member performs his 
or her work safely, on time, according to requirement, within budget, as well as, as expected. 
Respect for one another will also ensure that everyone gets the job done in the correct way and 
attaining the proper results. Therefore, to attain team readiness, every one of you must have the 
correct knowledge, the capacity to execute and display the correct behavior.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MILITARY TRAINING 3 
Teamwork is another component that each of you must instill to ensure diversity in the 
workplace. Teamwork will ensure that every one of you is safe because when everybody cares 
about each other, few will bet injured. On the same note, communicating and working together 
implies that the military operations are easy to plan and coordinate. Teamwork also saves time 
since the group performs the work that was to be done by an individual thereby saving time. 
Accordingly, Salas, Milham, and Bowers (2003) attested that working as a team implies shared 
responsibility. More often than not, being a commander or any a member of the army can be 
emotionally overwhelming, however, working as a team implies that you are not by yourself but 
rather surrounded by individuals who have faced the same endured the same situation as you. 
This camaraderie and support are vital in the military. 
A team that works in harmony can bring a huge difference regarding the level of success 
in their performance. Where commanders and members of the army are not pleased with 
working environment, it results into high labor turnover, poor timekeeping, as well as, high 
degrees of absenteeism. In addition, lack of harmony in the teamwork can result into slackness of 
the officers, poor working, and intentional time wasting, as well as, a similar practice. Therefore, 
working in harmony, as teams will results into high labor turnover, poor timekeeping, high-quality 
works, adherence to the time among others. 
In conclusion, from the discussion presented herein, it suffices to conclude that getting 
diversity and equality right results into the generation of correctly trained, as well as, motivated 
forces and strengthen the moral component. Operationally, experience increasingly sophisticated 
challenges globally, especially when handling individuals of different traditions, cultures, and 
languages.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MILITARY TRAINING 2 Equal Opportunities in the Military Training In managing the organization, respect, teamwork and working in harmony are the prime elements, which determines the effectiveness, efficiency, as well as, performance of the organization in executing its duties, particularly in the American Armed Forces. Through, respect, teamwork, and working with harmony, directives can properly be conveyed by the senior officers to commanders and thus offer success in implementing duties for each commander to understand when, who, what, as well as, how the duty should be conducted. Respecting oneself and others is one of the prime values of any army. Therefore, any of you should not be surprised of my commitment to diversity and equity that offer the moral supporting of our leadership issue and operational capability. Therefore, every commander at each level should set outstanding standards and ensure that everybody lives by the prime vitality to respect fully everyone within the army, as well as, those they daily interact with. In fact, the army views diversity and equity as vital components in the maintenance and generation of operational effectiveness and not for motives of political correctness. Everyone should treat individuals, as they ought to be treated since within the soldier's code; everyone pledges to handle others with respect and dignity while waiting others to reciprocate. Respect is what enables us to acknowledge the best in other individuals. Therefore, everyone should respect while trusting that everyone has executed their roles and satisfied their duty. Respecting one another also increases the ability of the team to achieve readiness. As opined by Knouse and Dansby (2009), a team attains readiness when every member performs his or her work safely, on time, according to requirement, within budget, as well as, as expected. Respect for one another will also ensure that everyone gets the job done in the correct way and attaining the proper results. Therefore, to attain team readiness, every one of you must have the correct knowledge, the capacity to execute and display the correct behavior.
  • 3. EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MILITARY TRAINING 3 Teamwork is another component that each of you must instill to ensure diversity in the workplace. Teamwork will ensure that every one of you is safe because when everybody cares about each other, few will bet injured. On the same note, communicating and working together implies that the military operations are easy to plan and coordinate. Teamwork also saves time since the group performs the work that was to be done by an individual thereby saving time. Accordingly, Salas, Milham, and Bowers (2003) attested that working as a team implies shared responsibility. More often than not, being a commander or any a member of the army can be emotionally overwhelming, however, working as a team implies that you are not by yourself but rather surrounded by individuals who have faced the same endured the same situation as you. This camaraderie and support are vital in the military. A team that works in harmony can bring a huge difference regarding the level of success in their performance. Where commanders and members of the army are not pleased with working environment, it results into high labor turnover, poor timekeeping, as well as, high degrees of absenteeism. In addition, lack of harmony in the teamwork can result into slackness of the officers, poor working, and intentional time wasting, as well as, a similar practice. Therefore, working in harmony, as teams will results into high labor turnover, poor timekeeping, high-quality works, adherence to the time among others. In conclusion, from the discussion presented herein, it suffices to conclude that getting diversity and equality right results into the generation of correctly trained, as well as, motivated forces and strengthen the moral component. Operationally, experience increasingly sophisticated challenges globally, especially when handling individuals of different traditions, cultures, and languages.
