Moffitt Corporation and Moffitt Mechanical performed a site inspection to review this long-standing natural ventilator. The report detailed many issues and in just a matter of months Moffitt came out and completely refurbished the clamshell vent. Since the framework of a natural ventilator can last for decades the core of the unit was still in good shape. After replacing the sheeting and repairing some of the mechanisms the natural ventilator was as good as new.
