Giraffes are the tallest animals in the world.
Giraffes are social animals. They travel in large herds.
What do they look like?   Giraffes have long necks and legs, and a spotted pattern.
What do they look like? Giraffes have small horns on top of their heads. They are used to protect their head in fights.
Size Giraffes can grow to be 18 feet tall and weigh about 2500 pounds.
What do they eat?   Giraffes eats leaves, shoots, flowers, and fruits from trees.  Their long necks help them to get food from tall trees.
Where do they live?   Giraffes can be found in central, eastern and southern Africa.
Habitat Giraffes live in the savannas, grasslands and woodlands of Africa.
