- A 72-year-old male presented with breathlessness and was found to have a giant right coronary artery aneurysm measuring 22x27 cm. - He underwent high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention to address the aneurysm with placement of multiple covered stents. - The procedure was technically challenging due to the large size and irregular shape of the aneurysm, but ultimately was successful in sealing the aneurysm and excluding it from circulation.
