Simco is a construction company that has expanded to a 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility producing construction façade systems. They want to become more efficient through real-time tracking of manufacturing processes using technology. Working with WMG, they plan to implement lean manufacturing principles and digital tools to measurably track output, costs, and productivity. This would allow them to engage workers, mitigate risks faster, and gain space for new product development while keeping implementation costs low. Their goal is to enter modular housing and help meet the demand for new homes in a sustainable way.
