Attribute accuracy is one of the key components of geographic data quality, referring to how reliable and reasonably correct the non-spatial attributes attached to map features are. It is one of seven elements of data quality identified by the International Cartographic Association, along with positional accuracy, completeness, logical consistency, lineage, semantic accuracy, and temporal information. High attribute accuracy means the attributes in a spatial database match accepted true values with a low degree of bias.
