Access (Search, Query and Reportings)
– Unstuctured Data continuously coming from many different sources creates the problem.
– Researchs show that 40% of White Collar Workers spent their times for searching.
– Key person dependancy is always an issue.
– Increasing need to Access the information any where, any time.
Capture and Dispatch (Teams , Stakeholders ,..)
– There are many stakeholders and each Works differently. Forcing them to use a single
platform is not practical and sustaninable. E-Mail is a practical solution and widely used
but not observable.
– In Construction Sector almost every piece of data is related to some place or location. How
well do we use this infomation?

– Archiving data stored in many diffrent places and different format is
not easy and sustainable.

GEODI is an Innovative Solution which reads and Interprets
any kind of content from many different sources by using
Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
Unique synthesize of a Search Engine and a GIS. Use Location
Information inside the Content. Access documents from the Lists
or Map. By means of a tick you can query Locations of DrillHoles, Reports or Drawings about
a kilometer, A Drawing or a Report for a place.
Uses existing data. No extra data entry or data
transformation is required. Office Documents like Word, Excel, PDF, CAD
Drawings like DWG, DGN, e-Mails , Sections Files, Web Pages, Twitter or DataBases ….
Automated Information or Metadata Extracting. Peoples, Kilometers, Place
Names, Parcel Lots, Terms, Companies, Electric Panels, Part Numbers … or anything you can
define.

6. Simple!
Search, Query or Archive from a single point. The content you search may
come from many different places. İn a Dropbox storage, in an e-mail body or in an e-mail
attachment.
GEODI does not require data entry. Uses existing data from
where they reside. Does not create new training requirements or new hard to follow
processes.
Open CAD Drawings, Office or PDF Documents or Databases
from any where using a single software.
Typos and Different Languages in content are not important anymore.
GEODI searchs take these realities into account. «kil and clay» are the same thing. You may also write
«klay».

7. Sustainable!
• GEODI continuously monitors data souces. Once you define
the sources rest is automatic.
• Enrich the content. Take notes to any document, CAD Drawing or a Photograph.
Mentions about about a person, a location, a kilometer or a parcel. Next search you will
find them for you or your team member. These will also Show up in the map.
• Field data capture is very easy. Photograps, Sound Recordings,
Videos will match a location and project. You don’t have to think
about data transfer or whether network is available.
• Sending data or messages to field teams is also possible and veri
easy.
