3. Project Description: Forum Data warehouse and Data Mart
The forum data warehouse provides good quality of the data to make the decision support
service. It stores the historical data which can be used by the company for the better analysis and
future scenarios. From the data warehouse the data will load to the different data mart such as
(financial data mart(FDM) ,sales data mart(SDM) ,BASEL2 data mart(B2M)and pricing data
mart(PDM) etc.The data marts will provide integrated, flexible and reliable data for reporting,
analysis, dashboards and etc.
Data Management System holds the complete information of the SG ALD. This is a
multinational entity and FORUM provides a platform to consolidate their entire data into a single
DWH. Transactional data from Sales force CRM is entertained by the real time process.
Subsidiaries send daily, weekly & monthly CSV files which are integrated into staging area.
Normalization, data cleaning, acquisition checks are performed and data is integrated into
FORUM DWH.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and understanding of Project Documents (Process Flow, HLD, LLD, ETL
Docs, Population specification etc.)
• Mapping/session/workflow development as per ETL requirements.
• Developed various kinds of mapping using Change Data Capture (CDC) techniques,
