UCC TeachMeet 03-13
This document announces a Teachmeet event on March 11th 2013 from 3-4pm in the Drama Studio to share ideas about improving teaching and learning. Staff can give either 7 minute micro presentations or 2 minute nano presentations on complex or simple innovations using various mediums. The goal is to collectively spread excellent teaching practices to help all staff become better educators. William Blake
William Blake was an English poet and engraver born in London in 1757. He received no formal education but became skilled in engraving. In "The Chimney Sweeper", Blake contrasts the corrupted reality of chimney sweeper children's lives with their heavenly dreams.
