The SLPGO general meeting on April 16th covered upcoming events and fundraising opportunities. Key discussions included:
1) Scheduling an end of the year meeting with Dr. Swartz to provide feedback on the semester and discussing community service opportunities.
2) Information about the upcoming ASHA conference in November, including the volunteer application deadline of September 9th and deciding on lodging costs and arrangements.
3) Upcoming social and fundraising events like a movie night in May, a cabin social in May, a sand volleyball tournament in June, and participating in the Warrior Dash in August.
