Our aim is to aid our client over the long term. While a reduction in pence per kWh is an important first
step, we consider a decrement in overall usage to be equally vital. Through our additional services we
can give clients the tools, advice, and skills so that they can use energy in a more sustainable manner.
Beyond the procurement of gas and electricity, we offer a number of Additional Services.
We can supervise the implementation of AMR Meters (Automatic Meter Reading).
AMR meters collect Half Hourly Data, which is then transferred directly to a central
database for billing, analysis and diagnostics. This provides suppliers with Accurate
Data on Consumption, which in turn ensures that only Actual Usage Is Billed.
We provide continued Management Support which ensures that any issues are
immediately brought to the supplier's attention. These services include Bill Validation,
Historic Invoice Auditing, Data Collation, and kVA Analysis.

Poor energy management can commonly be the largest contributor to

Energy Management Systems (EnMS) are designed to provide a greater understanding of your company’s energy use, areas
of energy wastage and continually monitor and improve your energy management processes. A standard EnMS consists of an
integrated computer system designed for the automated control and monitoring of significant energy consumption through
metering and sub metering of electricity, gas and water meters as well as building systems such as heating, air conditioning
and lighting installations.

Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
Due to the close relationships in the methodology for implementing the different Management System Standards (MSS), manycompanies
choose to integrate several of the systems together and conduct audits of the entire management system to ensure its effectiveness.
These can include not only ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001, but also OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety) and any other standard as set out in PAS
99-2012. Green Energy Consulting can design and manage an entire IMS system for your company from scratch using our skilled and

ESOS (The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme)
What is ESOS?
ESOS is likely to affect up to 10,000 businesses in the UK
The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is a mandatory energy assessment and energy saving identification
scheme for large undertakings (and their corporate groups). The scheme applies throughout the UK, and Green Energy
Consulting are taking a proactive stance to assist and offer a full range of compliance services.
All large companies (>250 employees or turnover >€50 million and a balance sheet >€43 million) will have to
complete an assessment of their energy consumption every four years. Green Energy Consulting can offer
energy audits with our approved Lead ESOS Assessors, producing a list of “cost-effective efficiency measures”,
and this can then be signed off by the Board. The first audit must be completed & reported to the regulator
(Environment Agency) by December 2015.
