Matt Zaleski is the founder and CEO of Procurence, a start-up providing web-based solutions for Supply Chain Assessment and Risk Management. Matt has a consulting background, with a strong focus on supply risk management and supplier management. He has designed and implemented supplier management and risk management processes for DAX 30 and FORTUNE 500 companies, both upstream and downstream (automotive, medical, telecoms, mining). He has also held a number of seminars on supplier management topics, including at the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Seminar in Barcelona and a SCRM Forum with Harvard Business Review in Poland.
