• Keep it short but impactful – Why should people meet
especially you ?
• Organizing the Schedule
• The schedule gets filled up from Monday morning 9AM
• Block spaces in-between meetings for last minute appointments
• Avoid important early morning meeting
• Sending out Invitations
• Focus on your key „must have“ meetings (maximum 5-10)
• Consider timing of these meetings when possible (not too early /
avoid head-to-head)
• Write individual texts in invitation to key meetings
• Meeting declined / pending ?
• Try again when the system is rebooted
• Follow-up outside the system (Linked-in ; Network)
• Meet during GDC

• Prioritize your presentation – you only have 30 minutes
• Adjust your presentation to different meetings
• Incorporate feedback during the show
• If you don‘t have a table / booth or meeting system access…
• Always get mobile number and e-mail
• Use the meeting point numbers
• Scout for alternative locations (ask partners)
• Consider meeting outside Game Connection (Hotels)
