11. Financial Department
• Daily reports are monitored and submitted to the
managing director
• Cash flow and funds analysis takes place monthly
and periodical statement to the managing director
• Periodical returns of the sales tax are being filed
• Ratio analysis is prepared and reports are given to
the management. Proper advice is also provided
to the management about the present position of
the firm. Balance sheet is prepared annually.
