Mrs. Perez's PDHPE classroom values fun, playing, thinking, communicating, inclusion, challenge, and being player-centered. Game sense is a philosophy for teaching PE that engages students in meaningful experiences to develop their tactical awareness and decision-making skills within modified games. Game sense is applied by modifying playing areas, equipment, numbers of players, and game rules while maintaining the tactical aspects of the full game to focus on specific skills.
