The document discusses several input and output devices that can help people with physical challenges use computers. It describes the Seeing AI, which is a set of smart glasses and mobile app created by Microsoft to help blind people understand their environment by describing things they point their glasses at. It also discusses TTY devices that allow deaf people to type back and forth on the phone instead of talking, eye-controlled mice that let you move a cursor with your eyes using cameras and software, and sip-and-puff devices that let non-verbal people control wheelchairs or other devices using air pressure through a straw.

MagLev - Solar - Hydrogen - Interstate Traveler Company's Hydrogen Super Highway - a Detroit based transportation technology and infrastructure development company.
The presentation describes Assistive Tech for People With Disabilities.
There is no doubting the powerful role that technology has played and will continue to play in changing the world in which we live. People with disabilities meet barriers of all types in their day to day life.
However, technology is helping to lower many of these barriers. Overall, technology aims to allow people with disabilities to participate more fully in all aspects of life (home, school and community) and increases their opportunities for education, social interactions, and potential for meaningful employment. Therefore creating greater independence and control among disabled individuals.
This highway mainly depends on hydrogen and water. Hydrogen is obtained in the basic process that produces electricity when sunlight striking EPV (Electro Photo Voltaic panels).panels is then used to convert distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen .while the oxygen could be bottled and sold cheaply the hydrogen would serve as a "battery" store in compressed form in cooling tanks adjacent to the traveler system in utility centers. Electricity is produced by hydrogen using hydrogen fuel cell technology. Electricity generated in hydrogen highway by Magnetic Levitation (MAGLEV) technology may be used to provide for other power needs such as utility stations, access stations lightning and maintenance and rest can be used for domestic usage.

SXSW is one of the biggest web technologies festival in the world, taking place in Austin, Texas, every March
The Accelerator at SXSW is the official competition of the festival, with more than 500 startups applying, and about 50 having a chance to attend the finals in 6 categories this year: Enterprise and Big data, Entertainment and Content, Innovative World, Health Technologies, Social Technologies and Wearables.
This review is part of Innovation is Everywhere, a project which explores startups in the world. The project is lead by Agence Tesla and supported by the Web School Factory and the Innovation Factory, a campus-cluster in Paris, France
Team Liberty UOA Imagine 2010 Finals Presentation (text-narrated)Dmitry Selitskiy
These are the slides we used at the UOA Imagine 2010 finals presentation that took us to the second place.
Our project is aimed at using the emerging commercial brain-computer interface technology in building hardware/software solutions for people with disabilities. These solutions will allow people to perform the simple daily tasks without the help of caregivers.
The Art of the Pitch: WordPress Relationships and SalesLaura Byrne
Clients don’t know what they don’t know. What web solutions are right for them? How does WordPress come into the picture? How do you make sure you understand scope and timeline? What do you do if sometime changes?
All these questions and more will be explored as we talk about matching clients’ needs with what your agency offers without pulling teeth or pulling your hair out. Practical tips, and strategies for successful relationship building that leads to closing the deal.
Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

Gadgets (I/O) for Disabled/Physically Challenged
1. Introduction to Computer Science
Input and Output Devices for Physically Challenged People
Name:
Roll No.
Microsoft Seeing IA by //build/
The Seeing AI is a set of Mobile App and Sun Glasses, which is made by MS Build an organization of
Microsoft working on Artificial Intelligence. This something not public but tested on Microsoft
Developer named Saqib Shaikh. You can find different videos on internet in which Saqib Shaikh is
looking at the environment by his glasses and through his mobile app he can hear what is going /
happening around him like a girl is playing with his Frisbee. Or he can view Menu card of restaurant,
his mobile app scan Menu card and converted text into audio. This is amazing invention; you should
search more about it.
TTY
TTYstands for Text Telephone. It is also sometimes called a TDD or Telecommunication Device for
the Deaf. TTY is the more widely accepted term, however, as TTYs are used by many people, not
just people who are deaf.
A TTY is a special device that lets people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired use the
telephone to communicate, by allowing them to type messages back and forth to one another instead
of talking and listening. A TTY is required at both ends of the conversation in order to communicate.
Eye-Controlled Mouse Movement
British scientists created GT3D, a clever device that gives you the ability to control computers using
your eyes. The high-tech gadget uses special software and cameras attached to glasses that you
wear. After configuring the GT3D and "training" it, you can control your mouse pointer accurately by
simply moving your eyes. Other devices, such as the Tobii PCEye, also give you the ability to position
a mouse cursor anywhere on the screen by fixing your eyes on a specific screen location.
Sip-and-Puff
Sip-and-Puff or Sip 'n' Puff (SNP) is assistive technology used to send signals to a device using air
pressure by "sipping" (inhaling) or "puffing" (exhaling) on a straw, tube or "wand." It is primarily used
by people who do not have the use of their hands. It is commonly used to control a motorized
wheelchair by quadriplegics with very high injury to their spinal cord or people with Amyotrophic
lateral sclerosis (ALS).
