Print And Scan
Users Have The Ability To:
MIA provides a critical link of access between
business document management systems and
mobile users. Whether through the Fuji Xerox
Document Management System or other
document management systems available in
the market, users are able to share, store and
access documents securely, anywhere.
Print parameters, such as number of copies
and colour mode, may be set through MIA
and the settings may be previewed from a
preview screen before being sent to print. MIA
then sends the print job directly to a selected
multifunction device by specifying the IP
address. Scanned documents and data from a
multifunction device may also be sent directly
to MIA for immediate storage, viewing
and editing.
