Viking Battle Tactics
Viking battle tactics and weaponry continues to impact our world today. From the unique technique
that the Viking performs in battle to the powerful weapons used. The Vikings were the first and
probably the last to introduce their unique battle tactic. Which is that they had no professional
standing army and did not fight regular formations (Viking Weapons and Warfare). The formation
was to charge towards their enemies all at once, catching their enemies off guard and giving the
Vikings the advantage of the upper hand. They were able to win battles with the formation due to

I have learned that Destiny Worship Center recognizes pluralism and has a great number of
people and families that have different social classes, races, tradition, and interests. Even though
people have differences in these areas, the church as a whole believes that everyone should work
together as one. Pluralism was shown in the volunteer work for Hurricane Irma as every one of

Today is the time which can be marked when we can see four generation rubbing their shoulders
more or less happily under the same roof of an organisation. Though these generations show drastic
variations in terms of their values, commitments, motivational factors, dissatisfiers, work
environment, approach towards job etc., yet every generation has got some exceptional benefits for
the organisation. Organisation cannot afford to value any of them less than the others. Talking
about IT industry, we can hardly see anyone from the oldest generation who are called as the
Traditionalists. As the IT sector has reached its forties you can find atleast three generations Baby
Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y joining hands for the success of the organisation.
Easier said than done, managing these three generation has given a tough time to the top
managers. The industries have seen their employees below 25 years of age growing into more
