Using Mackinder's Heartland, Spykman Rimland, and Hegemonic Stability theories, examines China's role
in Central Asia. This study adheres to the empirical epistemological method and has taken care of

Climate change's impact on the planet forced the United Nations and governments to promote green energies and electric transportation. The deployments of photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) systems gained stronger momentum due to their numerous advantages over fossil fuel types. The advantages go beyond sustainability to reach financial support and stability. The work in this paper introduces the hybrid system between PV and EV to support industrial and commercial plants. This paper covers the theoretical framework of the proposed hybrid system including the required equation to complete the cost analysis when PV and EV are present. In addition, the proposed design diagram which sets the priorities and requirements of the system is presented. The proposed approach allows setup to advance their power stability, especially during power outages. The presented information supports researchers and plant owners to complete the necessary analysis while promoting the deployment of clean energy. The result of a case study that represents a dairy milk farmer supports the theoretical works and highlights its advanced benefits to existing plants. The short return on investment of the proposed approach supports the paper's novelty approach for the sustainable electrical system. In addition, the proposed system allows for an isolated power setup without the need for a transmission line which enhances the safety of the electrical network

The First Philippine Republic • The First Philippine Republic, also known as the Malolos Republic, was established on January 22, 1899, during the Philippine Revolution and Spanish-American War. • It was established through the promulgation of the Malolos Constitution and Emilio Aguinaldo was its first president. It maintained governance until April 1, 1901. • Aguinaldo also declared the Philippine Declaration of Independence on June 12, 18,98 and established successive revolutionary Philippine governments on June 18 and 23 of the same year.
- 3. • The First Philippine Republic, also known as the Malolos Republic, is considered as the first proper constitutional republic in Asia, although there were several Asian republics predating it. • Aguinaldo himself had led a number of governments prior to Malolos, like those established at Tejeros and Biak-na-Bato which both styled themselves República de Filipinas ("Republic of the Philippines"). However, the Malolos Constitution was approved by a partially elected congress and called for a true representative democracy, which set it apart from the founding documents of the other governments.
- 4. The Treaty of Paris • Was signed in December 1898 between Spain and the United States, ending the Spanish-American War and ceding the Philippines to the United States. However, the treaty was not proclaimed until April 11, 1899. On January 23, 1899, the Malolos Constitution was proclaimed, establishing the First Philippine Republic. However, the Philippine-American War began on February 4, 1899, before the treaty was officially effective. The war ended with an American victory on July 2, 1902

- 6. History of the agrarian reform law When the First Philippine Republic was established in 1899, Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo declared in the Malolos Constitution his intention to confiscate large estates, especially the so- called Friar lands. However, as the Republic was short-lived, Aguinaldo's plan was never implemented.
- 7. Friar land • When the Americans took over the Philippines from Spanish rule in 1898, one of the issues they faced was the disposition of the so-called "friar lands" owned mostly by three Spanish religious orders, the Dominicans, Augustinians, and Recollects, which comprised about one-tenth of all the improved lands in the Philippines. • These lands were a source of discontent among local peasants due to their feudal practices. In the Treaty of Paris signed in 1898, the US government agreed to protect the rights of the friars over these lands. • The US purchased some 170,000 hectares of these lands for $7 million for resale. • On March 6, The Supreme Court in a close 8-7 decision denied appeals made by three families claiming possession of a 34-hectare prime lot near Ayala Heights subdivision in Quezon City known as the Piedad Estate, one of the biggest pieces of friar land in the country.
