Fully integrated Cloud Solutions (CCaaS+Telecoms+Hosting) 5. And then all the satellites out there – Analytics, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, other forms of AI, Security, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • 6. Biggest Challenges 1. Finding Customers 2. Hiring Developers 3. Platform reliability 4. Scaling Technology 5. Security 6. Competitors 7. Scaling the company
  • 7. Where should you start? 1. With a problem. Always start by solving a problem 2. Best problems are yours, then your wife's, then everyone else 3. Go "live with the problem" until your solution works and is repeatable 4. Find other people with the same problem 5. Profit
  • 8. Crazy Idea – What about buying an existing company? 1. Skip the startup phase 2. A lot of good SMB companies out there 3. Telecom service providers can be used as a springboard to a cloud business 4. The big retirement is already happening 5. Significantly less risky than starting from scratch 6. You can do it without having to put your own money in!
