This document discusses the viability of creating a new gas station called Milenium Gas Hacaritama in Commune 5 of Villavicencio, Colombia. It notes that there are currently two gas stations in Commune 5, one mixed liquids and natural gas located in El Remanso neighborhood, and another dedicated only to liquids in the Popular neighborhood. The Remanso station would be the main competition for the new Milenium Gas station within Commune 5.
