It includes accommodation and food services. After graduation,
I have a plan to work in this industry. I aspire this industry as it
includes a variety of services. It usually has a scope that
includes a variety of services. In society, services like these are
of great importance. First of all, accommodation services
always have a place in society. People always acquire such

This industry has specific aims, especially regarding indigenous
communities. The industry specifically looks over the native

multiple opportunities of growth for native people. It also
provides job opportunities to natives and thus contributes to
their regional development a lot (Bazerghi, McKay, & Dunn,

associations like food nutrition industries and different trade
associations. It brings services for those people who mostly
travel for conferences, network or charitable events or other
events. On the other hand, the views of the broader public are
positive. It is greatly admired by the public as it brings multiple
opportunities for the public.

strength is teamwork. It plays a leading role in this profession.
This profession gives the edge to gain a hold on various groups.
5. It is a sort of intra-management. There are multiple co-
curricular activities that lead to the accomplishment of various
goals within time. I have gained my personal strength within
this industry. It is because these strengths will help me further
in the future.
On the other hand, I found some weaknesses. I have often
interpreted those weaknesses at various times. I often found
myself behind in evaluating behaviors of other group members.
I have a need to develop negotiation techniques with other
members. The important thing above all is evaluation and this
also needed command. My experience has to lead me often with
serious conflicts with other group members. However, I have
learned to control myself. It has helped me to give self-
confidence.

stronger and stronger with passing the time. People are more
interested in these facilities than ever. The competition has also
increased over time. I am encouraged to be a part of this
industry as a food service manager. I believe it is an ideal fit for
my skills and interests. I believe that a food service manager
can only work well if he knows how to manage the team.
Service is a tricky field and therefore needed to be taken
seriously and professionally, and I believe this is where I can do
great work.
