 FOMENTI is an active and savvy player in the real estate market,
offering our customers a wide range of unique real estate
opportunities like no others; our well-known “Off-Market
Deals”. This type of transaction often requires flexibility in
analysis and fast decision making performance, with these
aspects, FOMENTI is deeply involved with clients to provide solid
and flexible solutions, alternatives and proposals.
 Through a detailed and up-to-date analysis of needs and goals for
each one of our clients, FOMENTI is able to prepare a portfolio of
different real estate options set to their profile, acting on behalf
of clients' interest during all transactions: due diligence,
negotiation and closing transactions.
 Each opportunity is analyzed in detail, from a Sensitivity Analysis
point of view for each variable involved. Furthermore, for each
deal we implement an Active Risk Mitigation Plan to achieve
forecasted goals as we previewed.

task that we assume on behalf of our clients. We manage and
coordinate each professional or company involved in every
project we lead. This allows us to optimize risk management and
immediately adjust projects to changes that may occur during its

(turn-key projects, built-to-suit developments), FOMENTI is its

profile and goals. We bring specific elements of Project Finance
schemes in conjunction with our Appraisal and Cost

is to keep all working at optimum efficiency or even better, managing the real estate premises
(functional, technical and commercial) at the best performance level possible.

and effectiveness from each property. From lease management to maintenance services, FOMENTI
applies the high efficiency models that we have developed over years of experience in Property
Management, which applies to individual assets or portfolios. Constant property monitoring and periodic
reporting to clients allows us to immediately react to solve any issue that may affect the value of clients'
properties.

As a Service Company, transfer of knowledge is a fundamental part of our business. This has allowed
us to meet specific needs of real estate companies, groups and teams, even those not related with the
sector, due to demand from national and international institutions. The needs are not just related to
specific opportunities but also focus on ongoing business that needs to be improved or subjects to be
studied.

We have conducted various notable training programs for Spanish financial institutions (Catalunya
Bank, NovaGalicia Bank,…) as well as for some foreign institutions (University of Aberdeen, Scotland)
and foreign regions (Wuhan, China).

FOMENTI teams members are specialists in real estate for business, from own user type to real

Construction and Real Estate Development Companies.

Francesc Capdevila Casas (1959). Managing Partner at VPC Abogados Asociados.
Responsible for legal structuring of Real Estate and Corporate Transactions.
Advocate, Bar Association of Barcelona (1984).
Specialist recruitment and civil and commercial litigation. Legal Project Manager for companies and individuals,

Project Development Services • A batch type of competitive bidding process is applied to each task that we assume on behalf of our clients. We manage and coordinate each professional or company involved in every project we lead.
