Our Current Reality 97% of the students leaving the School System are Hispanics and African-Americans. 72% of those 97% are below the poverty rate. 80% of that 97% are families lead my a single mother’s. The rate of teen pregnancy among Blacks and Hispanics youth is twists the rate of white youth.  Unemployment rate among blacks youths and Hispanics youths are 34%. The Blacks and Hispanics have rate of HIV and AIDS infection five times higher than higher that their white counter part. 25%-40% of are students are in constant  mobility. 25% of are children life in under the line of poverty.  Blacks and Hispanics males are seven times more likely to be murdered that their white counterparts.. Blacks account for 18% of the total U.S population, but their account for 58% prison population.  Hispanics account for the 16% of the US population, but their account for their 47% of prison population. The average performance for Blacks and Hispanics students on the SAT IS 50 points lower than that of Whites. U.S Census Bureau (2000) .

Has been driven largely by the new developments in information and communication technologies, especially the new media. Has involved the flow of capital, people, ideas, information, and ideologies across national borders at unprecedented rate and intensity.  Are current education systems need to have intervention systems that will help student to competitive in a global world and in a global economy.
Those are the Necessary Skills for the Future Work Force Ability to operate in ill-defined and ever-changing environment Capacity to deal with non-routine and abstract work process Ability to handle decisions and responsibilities Ability to work in multi-cultural groups, interactively System-wide understanding Ability to operate with expanding geographical and time horizons Ability to work in real and virtual environments Ability to promote oneself and one’s organization Entrepreneurship –creativity and innovation Good communication and costumer relations skills New Competencies (Business Council 2000)
