As much as I love technology-infused training, I will be the first in the room to say that technology is not always the best way to achieve a training goal. I am a professional instructional designer, education consultant, and public speaker. My expert knowledge in learning theory, pedagogy, and learning strategies will help my clients and audiences receive the best training design to deliver results. I am currently an Education Services Facilitator with Serco, Inc. transitioning to a role as Education Consultant with CHRISTUS Health. My wife and I also work to promote healthy God-driven marriages through speaking and writing engagements.
