To insert a virtual instrument on a new track in your DAW, right click in the tracks and select "insert virtual instrument on new track", then choose your desired VST from the list. Review
This student learned 3D animation and post-production software from their project. They found the animation software difficult to use and believe that if they were to redo the animation, they would spend more time on the walking animation to improve its quality.
