What we do
FluxCharge is dedicated towards providing a fully automated,
convenient and cost effective wireless charging solution for the ever-
growing mobile robotics R&D sector in research labs and industries.
'Charge-it' is our pilot project which comes with the indigenous
advantages of
customisability
convenience to use
potential to cut down the time and cost of operation of the land/
aerial/underwater robotic vehicles.
Value Proposition
Fluxcharge delivers critical charging solutions to the
mobile robotics industry that provides a convenient and
cost-effective means to charge the robots wirelessly
which will not only save operation time and cost, but
also eliminate human intervention
Business Model
FluxCharge business model is based on product service provision.
We get in touch with the reputed R&D labs and companies and undertake projects.
Projects will include in-house design, development and integration of customised
wireless charging platform for their robots.
We also intend to provide them with full maintenance support related to our
product. We charge our clients on project to project basis, which will include
customisation cost, maintenance cost and raw material cost.

Background tech
Fluxcharge will design and develop Qi-compliant
product and services and hence, will have to be a
member of Wireless Power Consortium. This will give
us the advantage of only member of the consortium to
develop Qi-compliant devices for robotics sector.
Markets
FluxCharge targets the S$3.29b(2011) mobile robotics
market segment in Asia. This include the R&D the
current trend suggests that this is only going to grow
more rapidly at 9.46% to $5.17b market in 2016 and
FluxCharge intends to tap on this growing mobile
robotics market in Asia in its initial years.
Distribution Channel
We will get in touch with the R&D labs and companies
that make robots, sit with them, understand their robots
and provide them with a direct customisable wireless
power solution specific to their needs
Competition
There are a lot of companies that are vying for innovation using
the wireless charging by magnetic induction. There are even
many major players like Duracell that are into the market. But
they are mostly concentrating on the Consumer electronics like
mobiles, laptops and wireless mouse and keyboards.
They are not concentrating on the robotics sector, mostly
because robots are not in the market in significant numbers
yet. This gives us an opportunity to break the ice and tap the
maximum potential from the robotics sector, which, in all
certainty is the future of electronics.
