FLOATING FARMS
By: Justin Mullinix, Cheyenne Miller, Brandon Smith
THE PROBLEM
Millions of people suffer from famine
In Asia, Africa, and Middle East overpopulation is becoming
worse as time passes
The earth's soil is really bad and has no signs of getting better in
Africa and Brazil
Inspired by Dr. Despommier's vertical farming idea.
Floating Farms solves all three issues we researched.
We are located in the Red Sea.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Farms will be built in the red sea
Farms will expand
Change the world
HOW WE GET OUR CROPS
TO THE PLACES OF NEED

Boats will transport crops from place to place
The inland places will get there crops from road shipments
HOW THE FARMS WORK

"Greenhouse" effect
WHY THE WORLD WILL BENEFIT
FROM FLOATING FARMS

The third world countries will produce more food than they
can consume, and will sell it for profit to other countries.
The first world countries will no longer need to struggle to
make the third world work.
