At ANZ, we believe that Flexibility is a critical enabler to achieving our super regional
aspirations. The value of Flexibility is well documented including enabling productivity,
workforce agility, and improved engagement. Flexibility not only empowers ANZ
employees to better manage their time, but also ensures that ANZ is able to attract and
retain the best people. This means that:
 We will make working flexibly the norm – for anyone, for any reason.
 We recognise that flexible working may be a permanent or temporary
arrangement.
 We will all adopt a "can do" attitude to making this work wherever possible and
at all levels.
 We will actively dismantle any perceived career barrier linked to working flexibly.
 We will be clearer on what flexibility means and the options available.
