The wonderful thing about marketing in general is the ability to see a trend and jump in at a great to capitalize on it. That time for All My Best and mobile marketing is now.
- Last year, Amazon had 1 Billion dollars in sales through mobile devices. That’s billion with a “B”. It’s estimated that in 4 years, purchases through mobile devices will be 8% of the overall e-commerce market. This will amount to almost $120 BILLION dollars of purchases through mobile devices.
- In fact, the projections show that people are going to be using their mobile devices to access the internet more than desktop computers in the next 3 years. People are on the go more than ever and we need to make sure that All My Best is going with them.
- Companies are realizing this, and because of it, are spending more and more money on mobile advertising. Engaging your potential customers through their mobile device is a great way to spend some of your advertising dollars.
- As you can see here, smartphone owners, regardless of brand, are utilizing their phones for more and more shopping functions. Looking for coupons, business hours and directions, checking pricing and, most importantly, making a purchase are all being done more and more on a smartphone. The sites that don’t, picnik.com and wendys.com, have taken key elements from their main site out of the equation. . Picnik is a picture storing website that doesn’t let you upload pictures through your mobile device. Wendys is a fast food restaurant that only offers you their nutrition guide and store locator on their mobile site. People eat with their eyes first, so having no food images at all is not good. So what will we do to make sure the All My Best site is as good as it can be?
