Consultant. Consulting with Foamtech North America. Advising on various projects related to special operations.
Senior Veteran Advocate. Serving as a senioradvocate for veterans in the Tampa 13th Judicial Circuit Court. As a senior
mentor, coordinates other mentors in helping veterans’ and their families in need. The program allows honorably
discharged veterans to get qualifying misdemeanor charges dismissed if they successfully complete a treatment and
assessment program. Treatment for vets is provided underexisting Department of Veterans programs for veterans suffering
from mental illness, traumatic-brain injury, substance abuse orother psychologicalproblems.
Peacebuilding. Currently consulting with Mediators-beyond-borders (MBB) Kenya project to assist Kenya pastoralist
communities in reducing tribal violence and potentially affecting the reduction of the Violent Extremist Organizations
recruitment pool.
In collaboration with U.S. Institute for Peace (USIP) by collecting data during the Kenya project.
Consulting with Sovereignty First in building a functional, fundable project for a first time launch beginning with
a project in Kenya but model will be functional globally.
Selected to represent teamon the MBB project committee.
Volunteered to represent MBB project committee to the new start up Rwanda project.
Leadership and International Experience. Executive level leadership, management, and development. Extensive
experience in Africa, Europe, Middle East, South America, and U.S. Government interagency partnership development.
Commanded at the O5 level in two commands. Served at a third command as commanding officer for 18 months.
Senior Executive. Established and directed a U.S. Special Operations Command program through the strategic planning,
progress and management of multi-million dollar international development platform focused on countering Violent
Extremist Organizations.
