Proven Leadership
Jorge Restrepo is founder and president of EurekaFacts. His skill in marketing, project management,
and market analysis are strengthened by twenty five years of experience in the direction of market
research and marketing operations. Mr. Restrepo has provided data-driven strategic consulting for
hundreds of marketing research and analysis studies that cover a wide range of social marketing and
nonprofit topic areas, consumer campaigns and analytics-driven evaluation. His research has targeted a
wide range of demographic groups. Mr. Restrepo holds a Master’s degree in General Administration with
concentration in Marketing.
Bohdana Sherehiy, Ph.D. is Directs Human Factors Research at EurekaFacts and is an expert in
cognitive and affective research, user and customer experience. Dr. Sherehiy brings experience in
qualitative and quantitative research methods, advanced statistical data analysis, customers' attitudes
evaluation, user needs and user experience research and product-oriented market research. She has a
solid background in methodological principles of survey research and strong organizational, analytical and
technical writing skills. Dr. Sherehiy earned a doctorate degree in Human Factors from The University of
Louisville and also holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
Alec Ulasevich, PhD is the Director of Public Affairs Research Programs at EurekaFacts. For the past 16
years, Dr. Ulasevich designed and managed research projects evaluating behavior change interventions,
policy initiatives, mass media campaigns, and community-based programs for a variety of Federal and State
agencies and private foundations. He has also led formative research for social marketing efforts to promote
healthy behavior. Dr. Ulasevich earned his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Loyola University,
Chicago. His work has been published in Social Marketing Quarterly, Health Education and Behavior, and
Journal of Health Communication. In addition to his role at EurekaFacts, Dr. Ulasevich is an adjunct faculty
at George Washington University’s Milken Institute of Public Health.
Maritza Matheus is the Director of Marketing Programs at EurekaFacts, and a professional with more than 15
years of experience conducting bilingual marketing research and marketing consulting in public health and
healthcare. Maritza brings expertise and experience in developing, testing, implementing, monitoring and
evaluating messaging campaigns.
Prior to joining EurekaFacts Ms. Matheus was CEO of Matheus Marketing, a healthcare marketing and
research agency. Ms. Matheus holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Healthcare from
the State University of New York at Buffalo.
