week long Department of Homeland Security Reports Officer Course. Designed and provided
tailored and specific training interventions in a variety of topics to include neuro-linguistic

DIA/Division Chief for Latin America (GS-15) – Responsibility for the management of 47
employees (managed Division Deputy and four supervisors in additional to rating all field
personnel-senior military officers, directly). Determined future direction and successfully executed
a sensitive program spanning 14 countries while managing headquarters-level support to the field.
Evaluated programs, developed and implemented changes to improve support to the field
focusing on responsive operational support and communications with internal and external
stakeholders. Expertly initiated, developed and managed sensitive bilateral programs with
international partners in traditional and non-permissive environments. Increased number of
sensitive operations against significant adversaries and improved the quality of intelligence

Established successful liaison programs with foreign partners. Enhanced and developed existing
“fusion” center (bringing together diverse functional experts in a collaborative environment to

technical means into operations that resulted in disruption of active terrorist cells. Provided

external communication and approval processes to promote efficiencies. Developed continuity of
operations (COOP) plans to include location, communication redundancy, leadership accession at
remote locations. Identified critical components to ensure continued support to global attaché
operations. Developed and oversaw the movement of the watch center to a new location without
any loss of continuity.
