17. i. Reservation Guidelines and Transfers
i. Acceptance of reservation by Documentation Group will commence on October 10, 2011
ii. Checks issued should be payable to “DMCI-PDI”
iii. Units Reservation Fee is PESOS: Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20,000.00)
iv. Unit transfers between South and North Towers will merit an automatic forfeiture of the
reservation. Standard company policy will only apply for unit transfers within a building.
ii. For release
i. All studio units are not yet open for sale. Project Development will release these units at a
later date.
ii. North Tower basement parking is not yet open for sale. Project development will release
these slots separately at a later date. Please be reminded that buyers are only allowed to
purchase one parking slot per unit reservation on a first-come-first-serve basis a per policy
PD-11-08-004 effective August 4, 2011.
iii. Unit layouts specific to North Tower will be released separately.
iii. Documentation
i. Regarding documentation, a buyer may request for a copy of Master’s Deed and Unit Plan,
