This document outlines the vision, mission, topics, and schedule for the Web Design & Development Community. The community aims to educate and empower its members through hands-on labs, talks, and projects on web issues, technologies, and best practices. Events will be held 1-2 times per week at the campus or other locations and will include attendance, speakers, volunteers, and contributors. Members can earn points and recognition for their participation and leadership. The document also discusses potential internships at startups to gain real-world experience and proposes a student project competition around creating a web app.
