learnings and lessons.

progress and steps for
improvisation.
Demonstrate few skills like - ability
to communicate, meeting dead
lines, technical skills etc.
Remain energetic and keep
building your network.

here in the new company.
People will assess your ability to
change, based on the results.
Establish your FIT in the
organization.
Make Presentation after 90 Days
MAKE PPT AS 3 POINTS TECHNIQUE

  • 10. ABSORBTION Understand ,how's your Manager's success is measured. Learn about communication technology used by company. Let your professional interests align with the company. Set Mini-goals for yourself. Really listen and learn. While communicating , talk about your WHY. Learn Customs, culture, key influencers, office environment. People will see your WHY for the work you do, the style you do. Be clear, what is expected from you. Understand hierarchy - understand culture.
  • 11. ABSORBTION cont. People should feel, you are energetic, take initiatives, prepared and confident. Bridge the gap between where you are, and where you want to be. People don't care how much you know, but how much you care. Every single company solves a problem of someone- understand that solution! Ask loads of questions , not just for roles and responsibilities, but also to understand the fabric of the business. Brain-storming with team and manager for large objectives. Always be ready with notebook and pen to note every detail and important information. Be polite to everyone, empathize and good listener.
  • 13. IMPLEMENTATION Find out ways , how you can make your boss comfortable by contributing. People expect you to learn at QUICKER rate. Construct small and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Bound) goals. Build relationship with peers and team. Focus on Solving problems and identifying improvements.
  • 14. IMPLEMENTATION cont. Upscale yourself by making use of time for online courses. Remember - Not to criticize existing people and process. Start writing a DIARY for your everyday learnings and lessons. Self – evaluation and review Think, what you always wanted to learn and implement.

  • 16. DELIVERING Discuss with Boss, about your progress and steps for improvisation. Demonstrate few skills like - ability to communicate, meeting dead lines, technical skills etc. Remain energetic and keep building your network. Need to demonstrate, WHY you are here in the new company. People will assess your ability to change, based on the results. Establish your FIT in the organization.

Make Presentation after 90 Days MAKE PPT AS 3 POINTS TECHNIQUE 3 things - company did really well as per your observation. 1 3 things -spotted, where you can add value and fits into company's bigger values. 2 3 things -measuring tools for things identified and that need your contribution. 3 4
  • 18. What if: Things happen not as Expected
  • 19. When you feel like Quitting Factors like culture, working hours and type of work influence you. Its impossible to get every information in job interview. Need to write on paper - what is not liked about job and why. Take time , discuss with Boss / HR and explain your points. People or processes - which are In your control / out of control. Open and honest discussion may give different view and solutions. Lastly decide - Stay or Quit.
  • 20. CONCLUSION First 90 days are very important and crucial to establish yourself in the new organization. Play it well.
